Tasted 16/DEC/2014.

Pale sliver gold in colour, bright and clear hues. On the nose a complex blend of tropical and candied fruits, intense mango and melon come through on the front. These primary fruit flavours are pungent but not overwhelming with underlying sweet pea and lime aromas. On the palate you get a harmonious blend of lime, melon and passionfruit that carry through to the finish rounded off with subtle notes of citrus and mineral notes. This wine is well balanced and has a nice silky feel in the mouth. It has a zestiness to it that one would expect from a Marlborough Savvy. The flavours are long and intense. A great food wine.
